MiFID II
The Markets in Financial Instruments Directive II ("MiFID II") establishes the EU regulatory framework applicable to the provision of investment services and activities. MiFID II has applied since 3 January 2018 and aims, among other things, to strengthen investor protection and enhance the efficiency, resilience and transparency of financial markets.
The services provided by The Cyprus Investment and Securities Corporation Ltd ("CISCO") include receiving, transmitting and executing client orders in financial instruments, investment advice, discretionary portfolio management and investment banking.
