Alternative Investment Funds
The Alternative Investment Funds Law of 2018 (Law 124(I)/2018), as amended, provides the legal framework for alternative investment funds in Cyprus. It replaced the Alternative Investment Funds Law of 2014.
Subject to the applicable statutory requirements, alternative investment funds may be established as:
- Common funds
- Fixed or variable capital investment companies
- Limited partnerships, with or without separate legal personality
