    • The meeting with you can be held in one of the Bank of Cyprus (CISCO’s parent company) branches that have soundproof meeting rooms.  To schedule an appointment, please contact us at the email address ciscocustomerservice@bankofcyprus.com.  Soon, you will be able to request a sign language interpreter that will be provided by CISCO at no additional cost.
    • The reception staff uses clear visual cues to provide the support you need.
    • Service dogs are welcomed at the BOC Branches, as long as the proper harness and certification are presented.
